    I always enjoy going to Swansway Audi showroom, for the beautiful cars and also for the friendly atmosphere, even in these Covid times. Sam Worden has dealt with my family for the past three cars, mainly due to this no pressure, friendly atmosphere, like they say, the cars sell themselves. He’s honest, and he’ll be truthful with you, if he doesn’t know something he’ll say so and then go and find out for you. But it’s his passion for the cars and putting you in the right car for you that sets him out, he’s good at it!

    Purchase of new Q3 during Covid lockdown.

    Deciding to renew my car on the 2nd January in the middle of a UK lockdown I rang Preston Audi knowing that I wanted to purchase a Q3 S line. I was immediately put through to Sam Worden who took me through the process of deciding what I really wanted. By 5pm on the same day I had placed a deposit for a Black car which Sam informed me was in the factory build for week 4. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the car was delayed for various reasons but Sam kept me fully informed of progress and kept my mind at ease. I also wanted various extra's tow bar and spare wheel which Sam sorted out for me with their spares people. I eventually received my car when Sam told me I would during week 11. It was well presented and everything I had wished for. Still being in lockdown the Click and Collect service worked smoothly and Sam took me through all the accompanying paperwork so I knew what I was signing. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Preston Audi.
