Inchcape Preston- Land Rover Jaguar
My boot wouldn’t open and the service warning was on 3000+ early. On the day they were expecting me; I was offered a lift home which was great! saved me the cab fare! Collection was as smooth. My car was ready; issues rectified and explained and no charge as the warranty is still in force. Brilliant all the way.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service was provided by Inchcape @ Preston. The service provided was fast, professional and with excellent communications. I was kept informed throughout by Customer Services who demonstrated a very high standard of professionalism and customer care. The 'pain' of a breakdown is certainly made far more bearable knowing it is all being competently managed with courtesy and friendliness. We are all very quick to complain these days, but I feel we should also recognise and give credit for good performance.
shambolic after service
vehicle was booked in for a repair that was cancelled to be informed someone would contact to reschedule, a month later I am still waiting for the reappointment. the after service I have received since purchasing the vehicle has been nothing more than shambolic. good luck....!!!!!
