    Worst experience

    1 star is too much, don't buy a car here. Sold me a car and messed me around on the finance, re did the paperwork twice and had the incorrect milage on by 5k miles, a few days after taking the car some faults became apparent, steering wheel would shake when braking, cracked tyres and no rear windows were working, I reported this and booked it I'm to be told there's no fault....took this to an independent dealer who told me straight away the discs were warped, tyres were perished and the rear electrical fault could cost up to £2000 to rectify, I raised this with the finance company who took 6 months to investigate and received a final response in which the dealer has blatantly lied. I'm currently in the process of appointing a solicitor and going to the ombudsmen as I have everything logged and an independent report to state the car was not in the way described. They also sneak in a £99 admim fee and don't tell you because apparently we all should know about this. If I can give you any

    FORD BURNLEY MY WORST ONGOING CAR PURCHASE

    I bought a 2009 Ford Kuga 0n 1/9/20. Drove 200 yards and the Engine Management Light came on, Back to ford, 5 minutes driving. Told it was a turbo problem after being put on a code reader, they cleared the fault and i was told it was safe to take home , 35 miles. EML came on on the motorway going home. Very dangerous. Took it back . Swapped to a 2014 KUGA after being lied to about my px car being gone after trying to cancel the sale. nothing but hard work. Picked up the car a week later and it was filthy. I was told 6 months warranty and only given 3 after purchase. The car had a noisy Diff once I was on the motorway. Called the next day explained about the Diff, the car was collected and i was carless. They said there was nothing wrong with it at first, 2 weeks to decide it was the DIFF. Told i would be getting a new one. then reconditioned one, then it was being sent to non ford garage. Nearly 6 weeks after 1st purchase £8000 down, and still waiting. Very short version

    Would recommend - Audi A3

    Bought my car over a month ago and have been very pleased with my experience at Evans Halshaw Burnley! Very welcoming and happy to assist with all my needs. I especially recommend the sales executive I dealt with, Corey Smith after finding my dream car within my budget.
