  I collected my new (used) BMW 335d Xdrive saloon on a Saturday, but noticed a few blemishes which I wanted to have sorted out. I spoke with a sales manager the following Monday and expressed my concerns with the way the car was presented. He was surprised at this and wanted the opportunity to put things right. I handed back the car the following Saturday and left it with them for a week. When I went back to collect the car, it was presented in an immaculate condition. All the issues had been addressed and the tank had been filled to the brim with diesel. I was very pleased with the outcome, and love the car.
