Great service throughout the sales experience I would highly recommend
Took my 5 series there for service. Left the car in the morning. Never got a call about the progress and collection time. Reception were not so friendly. 1745 I made that call to check on my car. Car was ready I was told. Drove there in 20 mins. Car was still being washed at 1840. Poorly cleaned and under the bonnet things were left loose. Complained and I was met with severe arrogance. Never set my foot there. Terrible job and expirience. Deicded to buy a new 5 series alelsewhere after that expirience. Avoid like a plague!!?!
Avoid at all costs!
The most unprofessional service I have ever received. Customer service is terrible, all they care about is the money. I drove a far way to view the vehicle only to be told it was sold before I got there (after being expressly told the other customer was only getting there much later) - myself and the other customer were played off against each other like a game. Take your money elsewhere and get a better experience and value too!
Excellent Used Car Buying Experience
Bought a used Suzuki Swift Sport and right from initial enquiry through to the sale itself, I couldn't fault it, especially the salesman (Stephen Spalding) who was helpful, personable, informative, not pushy and communicative throughout. Got a fair deal on my part ex and the car I purchased (obviously non BMW) itself was prepared beautifully and the dealership had some excellent Covid19 practices and procedures in place i.e. facemasks worn by all staff when dealing with you, a one way system around the dealership and plenty of hand sanitizer stations dotted about. It lead to a really pleasurable buying experience.
USED TO USE BUT NO MORE
I have approached this dealer twice about buying a used vehicle . They are always alot more expensive than other dealers and dont seem at all bothered whether they have your business or not . Bad attitude towards clients .I would not use again or recommend
