Exemplary Customer Service
Our Mini has had performance issues and a warning light came on which restricted its power. Was Concerned as 6 months out of warranty. Arden booked it in quickly, they managed to get a financial contribution towards the repairs from Mini Uk and we were asked to pay a fair contribution which validated a bolstered 2 year warranty on the parts. And this was achieved whilst adhering to the challenging covid regulations. Very impressed
Very poor experience
Worst experience I've ever had in any dealership. Came in to look at buying a 330E as company car. Walked past the receptionist, no greeting. Looked up and then down again. She seemed more interested in her nails than the customers. I wanted to ask about the lead times for the car, how long it takes to get it delivered from order and place the actual order. But that was impossible as once again I was not approached by anyone. I guess if you are wearing jeans, t-shirt and some trainers you are automatically considered as not worthy of their time. So I approached a member of staff to find out the lead time only to be told "I don't know, you have to look online". Look online where? As far as I am concerned BMW website does not have that information on there. At this point I gave up and decided to leave. I went to Audi instead and ordered a new A4. That's what happens when you mistreat your customers. I've heard these kinds of reviews from other people and I can assure you, it's true.
Bought a 530e. Sales rep. provided a 1st class service. Knew the car v.well, traveled to me after hours to have papers signed, very relaxed sales style throughout which made the experience a pleasure & full disclosure on real world fuel efficiency vs that advertised. Very happy with car & shall return to update in due course. Thank you JK.
More services required than informed at purchase
X5 - Agree with the last review,Actual Servicing requirements are more than stated at time of purchase. The Salesman and the Financial Guy literally bombarded me with reasons to buy additional dent /wheel/key insurance etc none of it any good, always a clause in the small print . Told "Don't buy a service pk because over 3 years you wont need it " Not true. Then when you buy the service pack after 2 years 9 months of services they also fit expensive filters required that are not included. Drives you mad. Thinking about a 7 series, but , is the S Class an option ?
X3 worse main dealer experience ever
I have had ten cars in the last six years and I have never written a review before but I need to get this of my chest part exchange my Bmw 3 series which I only had for a short while dew to back issues which they gave me £14.000 px and put it up for £20.000 this is not the issue the issue was when I bought the x3 from them the sales man told me that when I collect the vehicle it would not need a service for two years or 18.000 miles which ever came first so on the day I picked up the vehicle went over the vehicle vehicle it was showing service due in one year when I said that's not what you told me he said don't worry sir it's covered by the service pack so I thought okay no problem six months later dash came up showing brake fluid due to be changed so I phoned the service department spoke to a very pleasant young lady who said it would be covered by the service pack so I thought okay that's fine then she asked me the mileage and then told me it's not covered as it's over the mileage
