Bad, not impressed
Though the salesman was friendly, it was clear he had no clue about the car i was enquiring about. In about 15 minutes of research beforehand, I knew more about the different trim levels of the car than him. I always ask dealers questions about features etc that I already know the answer to just to test them out, and he didn't know anything. I bought the car anyway as I was desperate and their finance deals were really good. My Part EX settlement took 18 days to clear from their end, even though the salesman said on the day of the handover that it was done. I had to call 8 times, and email 3 times to get it done. No service was done as promised, and a rattle was not taken care of from the time of sale to handover. The salesman didn't even write my finance agreement number on any document. The aftercare offered is horrible, and I suggest anyone looking go elsewhere unless you find a too-good-to-turn-down car, you're in a rush or desperate like myself.
Car buying made easy
I do not usually feel compelled to write reviews but my experience at this dealership was such a pleasant one that I feel praise is due. The salesperson took me through the buying process with no fuss; he was efficient, thorough and helpful. All of the staff at the showroom are really friendly and there is no waiting around.
