    I drove over 100 miles to view a specific car. The salesperson had only ran through the details with me the previous day over the telephone and was fantastically helpful. The car was put on reserve so that my 4 hour round trip would not be wasted. It was worth it! I travel again to this garage to have the same experience from Mercedes.

  • Disgusting customer service

    After spending time looking for a particular car. I sourced one at Mercedes Hertford. I spoke with the salesman who confirmed the car was still for sale and sent Over a video of the vehicle. I advised I was very interested (enough to drive three hours to purchase the car) and could I make arrangements to come down as per Covid appointments. On the day of the appointment I called to check the postcode as the advert was no longer on line and was told the car has been sold , when we were were on 15 minutes away from the showroom. To them be told by said. Salesman that he tried to call and let me know yet gave an incorrect digit mobile phones number. My advice would be to find an alterntative dealer. This is disgusting to treat prospective customers in such a way knowing the distance we were coming and then lying.

    I was very impressed with the service we received from Mercedes in Hertford. We dealt with a really professional salesman who made the whole transaction smooth from start to finish and nothing was a problem.

  • Rubbish service, gone downhill

    I didn't receive any phone call telling me that the car was ready, even though they told me that they had left a message. When we picked up the car, it wasn't properly cleaned either. We found the radio on at full volume. To top things off we found the engine warning light on when we went to drive away. Telling me that are you sure that it wasn't on before topped me over the edge and made me and my wife loose our tempter! This was the first time I've seen this light on since I own the car (for 3 years)! The mechanic then had to take the car back and fix the issue, they found the EGR connection disconnected, why wasn't this picked up during the road test? Really! We also found the radio had been left on at a high volume, not very professional! They also overfilled the brake fluid, which asked I them to correct. They also spilt brake fluid all over the engine bay. When I arrived home I then spent the next 30 minutes checking the car and washing the brake fluid spillage .
