    My overall experience can’t be faulted they made my buying experience easy and stress free from start to finish. On first contact with the company I viewed the van at a time of my convenience and was show around and given a full tour of the van including supporting paper work of the van by a truly professional gentleman who made my experience personal and really took his time to make sure the van was also right for me. All my questions were answered and I was able to complete my paperwork and transaction within 1 week to be able to purchase my new van. I am extremely happy with my van and couldn’t recommend this company more.

    Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Kelsey went above and beyond to source the perfect car as a surprise for our Mum for Mother’s Day. He sent us photographs and delivered the car to her as well as offering a years recovery for free. We are over the moon and would highly recommend them.     Good communication throughout by the proprietor

    The proprietor is honest and does what he says he‘ll do. The only reason I haven‘t given him 5 stars is because the car wasn‘t cleaned before being delivered. It came on the back and of a truck, so no reason for it to be dirty. I would recommend Kellisum Cars Ltd as being reliable and easy to deal with.

    Hello Debbie, sorry that you wasn’t 100% happy. unfortunately that day there was heavy rain and a diversion off the motorway which took through down county lanes causing road spray which unfortunately landed on your car whilst in transit. The car was valeted the night before delivery and was left inside because the seats were dry through deep cleaning. The car was only was on sale for 2 hours before you purchased through click and collect. I can remember even giving the body another hand polish before loading. Unfortunately due to weather conditions I was unable to garentee the body being completely clean on delivery. If you had of brought to my attention, I would have paid for another valet no questions asked. On the plus I’m glad you are happy overall and I can only use your valid feedback as a learning curve, moving forward I will put some cleaning stuff in the truck and give the car a wipe down once off the truck just in case road grime has landed.
