    Fantastic experience when purchasing my S3 from Audi Portsmouth. Lee from sales provided a 10/10 service, arranged to collect me from the train station as I traveled from Newcastle purely for the great initial customer care I received when enquiring. Car had a clutch issue within a few days of purchase and with the help of Darren and Steve, it was sorted and a new clutch was fitted within a week! I will definitely be buying from Lee at Portsmouth Audi again along with recommending them to other people.

    Initially was over the moon with my Purchase of an A3- good customer service and a quick turn around of collection. Sadly after collecting the car I realised that there was a slash in the tyre- of course I then contacted Audi as no one should be sold a car with a damaged tyre. I was told when I phoned by the sales team that this should have not happened, and was told to take the car down to them. Needless to say the aftercare is disgusting- I was told that it’s perfectly fine and acceptable and that they would not be replacing the tyre. Equally was then told over the phone I had caused the damage and the tyre was fine and would be fine (how anyone can be so sure of this I do not know). Therefore I will absolutely not be returning to Audi Portsmouth and would not recommend their services to anyone, imagine paying that much money for a car to then be treated in such a manor.
