    This is my 3rd purchase with Marshall Hampshire. Always a fantastic experience from start to finish. Currently coping and dealing very well with the social distancing ruling, still managing to make the experience seamless. Sales team worked exceptionally hard to ensure all requirements were met with the specification of the car. Test drives were made available to ensure I was certain of the vehicle I wanted. Any questions or concerns answered quickly. All paperwork and finance completion was a very speedy process. Handover was of a high standard, car was immaculate, this is always a special experience and expectations are fully met every time. Would always recommend Marshall Hampshire. Thanks again for all your help with getting everything sorted, will definitely be returning for my next car.

    Very helpful both initially on the phone and then face to face when I was looking to buy car. Lots of time given and no pressure selling of add ons. Unfortunately some minor paint scuffs were overlooked pre collection and came to a fair arrangement for getting these sorted. Post purchase and with original member of staff absent more of a struggle to follow up on this than it should have. I am sure will sort in due course.

    440i with 16 delivery miles, provided with severe marring across all of the exterior paintwork, result of poor & unsympathetic vehicle preparation. MMG contributed in part to rectification via a professional detailer that I had to source & subsequently have works carried out at my inconvenience being without the car for 2 days. Resolution took months of chasing & escalation to dealership manager. 10wks since purchase (at time of writing) I’ve not received a single follow up call or email from aftersales to garner my views on MMG customer service. An odd & frankly a tardy approach in an age where every company providing any service is chasing ratings as part of KPI monitoring. Looking for a special touchy feely buying experience, think again. Ironic for a company who is ‘totally committed to customers, aiming to provide an unrivalled level of car and attention’. Would I buy from Marshall again? Probably not. Having bought previously from Rybrook and Sytner BMW, I’d return there instead.
