Really helpful right from the off. Good description of the K1200 I was interested in. Fair trade in for my existing bike. Despite COVID crisis, delivery was quickly sorted, and it arrived safely in a van. Great comms from them, kept me up to date with progress. Explained the process, and the position regarding buying bikes unseen (in the flesh). Excellent experience. Would happily use again.

Very poor After Sales
Bought a Ducati Diavel from these guys. Dealt with Nigel who was great to deal with. Arranged a date which was 2 weeks after i had put a deposit on the bike as i was told they wanted to do a complete check over along with a service, MOT and valet. I was happy with this and agreed to wait as I'm not local and didn't want the hassle of having to take the bike back if there were any problems. 2 weeks later i arrive at MCO to find somebody cleaning the bike with wet wipes. Although not my idea of a valet i left it at that. Went through the paper work and handed over the money. Full check over complete (apparently) by MCO and i was on my way home. Got home to find the fork seals leaking all over my brake callipers, service light not reset along with also finding out the book hadn't been stamped, Low battery symbol on the dash popped up (0.30p battery)…… Called them up and emailed pictures over to them on the day i bought it. Needless to say i was unhappy. Nigel said not to worry, s
