Don’t use them for servicing
Dreadful customer service and absolute rip off merchants. Had a used car less than a Year and took it to them for a service. They found a slight oil leak and wanted £400 to fix it! I complained and the refused to help or give sensible ways to remedy the fault. Took it to Warrington Mercedes who fixed the problem without question.

John Rushton saved me £1500 over a Merc dealership in wolves for a B class 180d with 9 miles on the clock. You bet I was impressed. Wasn’t pushy and gave an extremely thorough overview of the car before handing it over. Great service thank you so much

I have been dealing with Ian in sales and Anton used sales manager, I must say that I have purchased many cars from Porsche, Mercedes and Audi and by far this dealership have been the best I have dealt with. customer service and deals are on another level, owning my own sales company, I know how hard it is to get good staff. They're both a credit to Mercedes Benz
Awful "used but not what you're used to"!
Awful experience! Avoid like the plague! Please read my experience before purchasing or using this dealership! Not what to expect when paying 30,000 for a car with just over 5,000 miles! 1. Car covered in broken glass 2. Car recovered by roadside assistance after 5 days of ownership! 3. Gearbox ECU failure 4. Car requiring major service work 5. Worn tyres despite being told would be replaced and pre-sale documentation by Whitfield making this recommendation!
