I just bought a Nissan Qashqai N-tec from Aspire Automotive, excellent buy, I am so pleased. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tom. We didn’t know the area and Tom offered to collect us from the Train Station. He arrived to pick us up in the car we were intending to buy, which was brilliant for getting a feel for the car. When we arrived at Aspire, Tom handed me the keys and went to his office and basically left us alone to look over the car and to test drive. As mentioned by other reviewers, there was no hard sell and Tom answered all our questions with ease. I have bought many cars over the decades and I have to say this was the most pleasant car buying I have ever experienced. Quick and easy transaction, from a genuine, friendly, helpful bloke. I have no hesitation in recommending Aspire Automotive for honest, good quality car purchasing.
I would unfortunately not recommend this company. Despite having great customer service by the main female admin receptionist, I walked away today very unhappy. I signed a contract last weekend on the fiat 500 (LS09DVV) with clear understanding that a few issues would be resolved before I returned to pick it up. I returned this morning to the same exact issues, and poor standard of the car, after having been told on Wednesday it was all done ready for me. After having sorted insurance, and breakdown cover I was as you can imagine highly disappointed. I spoke with the company owner on the phone and he happily told me he will sell it “for £500 more anyway”. Awful service and first response, in which I refused his second response to fixing the issues due to a complete lack of trust. I wish him luck in selling the 09 plate for £500 more without getting it sorted professionally in the first place.

Hi Tory, thanks for your review. We took the 2009 Fiat 500 in via part exchange from another customer the next day you phoned and agreed to view it before it was fully prepped and ready for sale. We agreed to MOT, Service, Windscreen Repair, Valet (dead bugs in the headlights removed)and amend slight rattle in the door. We got all the necessary work completed but unfortunately the valeter on this occasion forgot to get all the bugs out from the headlights and we apologise for this on he's behalf. Remainder of work completed however few bugs left in the headlights of an 11 year old car to be called Dishonest I think we made the right decision to not sell you the vehicle and to return your deposit. Unfortunately we couldn't meet your expectations on this occasion maybe you would be suited at looking at a newer vehicle elsewhere. All the best in your search.
