    We had a very good experience with the people here. We had already read the reviews that were not the best and went there expecting to be treated similarly to others writing reviews. We went specifically to view a new RX they had in stock there and decided to drive 2 hours to see it. After deciding to get it, we had the pleasure of working with Ben who was very helpful and nice. He helped negotiate with us so that we would find the best deal available and was patient and inclusive to us all (we are a family of 4). With great pleasure, we would return to make business with them again.

  • Inaccurate description of vehicle- Avoid!

    Just wasted my day off and had a four hour drive to view a car at this dealership. It was a non Lexus vehicle. But any decent dealer would send this vehicle to auction. Back end had loads of scratches and both the bumper/some of the boot would need respray. Along with trim down both sides of the car under the doors and even the front end too. Due to poor colour matching from a previous paint repair.. Probably due to stone chips.Worse still to follow upon getting in. It stank. Really awful smell... Driver’s seat was heavily worn. To the extent in my mind i questioned the recorded mileage. Be aware. What you are told before travelling to view may not be what you see upon arrival.. was told it was a good condition car with a small scratch mark on rear bumper.. Hmm?? Really??? My advice.. Avoid all together unless your possibly buying a Lexus. Even then I’d consider another Lexus dealer. This group clearly have no standards.. Avoid..or at the very least. Buy with extreme caution..

    I have just purchased a used Lexus NX 300h from Westover Lexus Poole and I must say that I felt the dealership was very professional and welcoming. From going through the front entrance and 5 days later driving the car away from Westover Lexus was a comfortable experience Reception very polite and make a very nice latte. Adrian Chapman, Sales Manager very helpful, Carl Outterside, Sales Specialist very knowledgeable about the Lexus and very informative during the test drive. Carl and Adrian were very helpful with regard to the car we were putting in as part exchange, as was Luke Jackson when offering us a service plan. Luke fully explained the plan in simple terms which was very helpful,an offer I will probably take advantage of. The experience of buying the Lexus was very professional and comfortable and I would not hesitate to recommend Westover Lexus of Poole to any potential car purchaser. Mr.T.C

  • Rubbish service, don't care much about customer.

    Maybe good for buy Lexus cars but if you buying used cars its really rubbish service, already waiting for car one week and every day have phone call that is something not done yet, MOT fail ( car with was on sale by Lexus Poole more than two week on the website fail MOT). Car was completely not prepare for sale, not valet, broken parking sensors, etc. Finance agreement sing week ago and car still not ready for collect, part with is for replace they replace for NON genuine parts only third party , on MOT come up front Tire for replace and they try fit budget tire for 3.0 Mercedes sport model. On day when I sing financial agreement I don't know about that faults, they not informed me about that, broken parking sensors I was discovery after test drive. How company like Lexus put car on website for sale and not check vehicle that is free from any issue? I don't understand that. Please be aware when you buy used car from them, I guess that all used car is not check before sale.

  • Poor customer service

    Saw a vehicle I was interested in on the company website and made contact by instant message to confirm it was still available. Dealer confirmed that it was available at 5.00 pm on Saturday afternoon and I booked test drive for the following morning. Traveled from South East London early morning, but received a call two and a half hours into the journey to tell me that I had been mistakenly informed that it was still available. Wasted a precious half-day of my weekend and £50 on the train fare. I would steer clear of this company as they are unreliable and have poor customer service.
