    Brilliant, helpful, patient and understanding

    The German Car group where brilliant with helping me find the right car. Being the first time I was financing a car and distance purchasing they where very helpful, patient and understanding. I originally request for a car that had already gone, but they informed me of 2 other models very similar to the one I wanted and gave me step by step video's and pictures of the vehicle from when it was delivered to them, during preparation and cleaning, once any works had been done before it was shipped to me. All round brilliant service. Even after shipping they have been at the end of the phone for any equerries. The car no no problems and was spotless on delivery. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. I look forward to when I have to purchase my next vehicle as for sure I will be coming back to them.

    The German Car Group went above and beyond to find us our perfect car from begining to end. We had a very specific vehicle in mind and had a list of "must haves" for us to be happy with it. They sourced the perfect vehicle and liaised with us via phone and pictures to ensure we were happy with the spec (given during COVID a visit to the showroom is off the cards!) We took advantage of click+collect and when we saw the car on collection day it was even better than we imagined, and so much detail had been put into making the car look it's best for us to take home it looked phenomenal, we love it! Nothing was too much trouble for The German Car Group, the service we recieved was second to none, the staff are genuine and approachable, and they ensured prior to collection that we were well informed on COVID safe procedures. We will be returning to this dealership in the future.
