staff been on furlow so long they forgot to sell
worst experience from a large business. Don't actually think they want to sell any cars . Went is last Thursday with my daughter and wife to look at a mini paceman , was shown the car (was for my daughter)could not test drive it as the car needed pre. Called on the Friday, spoke to the same lady sales rep who we had spoken to on the day before. Was told i would get a call on Monday to arrange test drive -however my daughter could not test drive it as she was 19, said that would be okay .On Tuesday called back as no one called me-spoke a another person who said he was very sorry and would pass the message on to arrange test drive and purchase of the car . Today is Thursday the 11 June- one week later -and still waiting for a call---very bad service.
Very poor service
I spoke to a sales person on the phone about a used mini at the Derby branch and was told I could test drive it on the Saturday. I arrived first thing, test drove it and loved it. Went inside the dealership to sort the finance out and was told, in quite a blasé manner, that the vehicle had actually been sold as someone the night before had put a deposit down! Terrible customer service. If I had been offered the chance to put a deposit down a couple of days beforehand, I would have. Expected more from a mini dealership. Have now purchased a mini from Arnold Clark where the customer service was excellent.
