Kendal Honda, very good customer service.
This was my 1st time buying a car, as I was unable to travel down to see it I could only go off pictures and videos so I phoned the sales manager and asked him about the car and he reassured me of the condtion of the car. From the day I put my reserve down on the car I had it delivered within 1week, I made quite a few phone calls asking different questions and I was reassured and everything was explained to me. When the car came I had a couple of issues but once I phone the sales manager about it he was going to sort them out for me, they weren't big problems either. I would definitely buy from this company again especially the Kendal branch.
Customer experience during lockdown
Ha ings to replace my car due to an accident the day before lockdown presented a big problem. Kendal Automart provided an efficient, friendly and thorough service. I was able to view the car remotely by a video tour and any questions I asked were thoroughly answered. Delivery (200 miles away) was organised within a week.
A pleasant experience in buying a car. No pressure just helpful in every way. The salesman was very friendly, helpful and made the whole process easy, quick and stress free. I also have to mention how friendly and professional all the staff were evert time I called to speak to the salesman Would recommend anyone interested in buying a car to Kendal Automart.

A very good experience. Treated well throughout by sales staff who made the transaction very easy.
Really helpful staff , very straightforward experience even with Covid -19. No pressure sale. Good price for a the car that we wanted. The only downside was they forgot to record the service in the logbook.
