Honest, Transparent, no hard sale car dealership
I bought a Ferrari from J&F group just before Christmas. They made the whole process so smooth and easy. I am a remote customer for them. I was flying from London and they picked me up and drop me off to the airport, they even offered me lunch. They were honest, transparent and no hard sale talk. They sort out everything via emails and phones calls. They also arranged the delivery of the car for me. They responded to every queries I have even after the sale was done. It is a very very friendly business set up. The only down side for me is I live too far from their showroom, given by their hospitality and honesty, I will not hesitate to go back to them when they have the car I want again.
I can only echo the positive reviews of this dealership. I was dealt with by John Jnr, initial enquiries via email were answered promptly & politely, even when we were far apart on price! Having agreed a deal, the customer service remained top notch - when I arrived at the showroom after a long drive, I was offered drinks & sandwiches. We viewed the car at our leisure & I wasn't hurried along. John organised delivery for me by covered transporter & even a minor warranty niggle on an alloy, he has taken ownership of & dealt with it. Couldn't be happier with the car & I'd having no problem using J & F again if they had the car I wanted.

Bought a 2 year old Mercedes Vito from Francis and transaction was a complete pleasure. The man is genuine and there was absolutely no bull or hyped selling nonsense. The van is straight and everything he said would be done was. Service had been done and oil was clean, unlike some. I am confident that if anything should happen in the coming months that i will be looked after. As the ad says. Don't take chances, take to Francis

I recently purchased a car from J&F Group and can only but praise their service. John jnr and John snr were very easy to deal with with no hard sell, just simple price for car and how much it would cost me to change, offering me a realistic price on my trade in. I went to collect the car on a Saturday morning and I was disappointed that the car was not ready, John jnr was extremely busy that morning trying to sort out another four customers but when he got round to me he was very apologetic and asked the guys to get it into the workshop to clean it and install a new stereo. The guys in the workshop were brilliant. They are supposed to be finished at 1 o'clock but continued to work overtime until 2.20 on my car to get the stereo fitted and everything right. They brought my car out with a very pleasant attitude despite it being a scorching hot day, most would be in a rush to get home, but they wanted to ensure I was happy. I would have no hesitation buying from J&F cars again.
