Good customer service, but car developed a rattle coming from the engine 4 days after from leaving the forecourt, motorpoint advised me to speak to vauxhall who said you will have to pay £95 for a technician to look over you're car as the part may not be covered
Did not get any advice re the procedure of buying on the phone initially when my basic call was to reserve a vehicle until I could view the vehicle
Good service but flat tyres
Customer Service was good however all four tyres on my 'newly serviced' at were flat and had to be pumped up. One seat belt buckle missing in the back however they have promptly booked this in for an inspection..
