    Excellent personal service

    We have just had our fourth consecutive new vehicle from Volkswagen Crewe because the salesperson knows our preferences and budget and contacts us when a matching vehicle, on special offer or some such, becomes available. That's excellent personal service.

    Polar opposites

    The day before I bought my car from VW Crewe, I had visited Arnold Clarke Manchester for test drive on car I had reserved. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. If my Father in law hadn’t have driven me there, I’d have walked out before I’d had the test drive. At VW Crewe, the sales exc was polite, helpful and answered all my questions. I test drove the car I’d arranged to test drive, then he sorted it for me to test drive the car I noticed whilst there and went onto buy.

    A really good service from Swansway

    A really good service from Swansway. In particular, Steve was of great help in both identifying the right car that met our needs and then in getting to a price that was reasonable. This will be our 9th VW car and we are currently in discussions about upgrading our other VW. No pressure from Sales team and the Service team have been brilliant, especially given the challenging restrictions brought on by COVID. Highly recommend these guys.

    Crewe Volkswagen

    Taking into consideration Covid-19 the service I received from Crewe Volkswagen was good. My only reservation was paperwork which was minimal when collecting the car. There was no drive away insurance document or breakdown cover document and was told these would come from Volkswagen. I had to chase up the full documentation package which I received over a week after collecting the car. So far so good with the car. Only time will tell.
