Absolutely amazing service from the whole team including the guys in workshop when I returned and quick, video's on arrival to check my car and free video check
I had a great experience, all staff were so helpful and gave me answers to all questions I asked.

Terrible customer service. Dishonest.
We bought the car with some body work damage and a crack in the windscreen, all of which were promised to be rectified by way of a new windscreen and new polished paint job. Instead, they filled in the crack with glue, which doesn't rectify the problem as the crack is still very visible, whilst some half baked job was done on the bodywork damage. When trying to raise the issue again, their employees were highly unprofessional and denied what was agreed previously. This has been a long drawn out process involving numerous visits to the dealership and much time wasted. The employees have no respect for time keeping and have kept us waiting for more than half an hour on many occasions. They now simply refuse to acknowledge any of the agreement we had, since they have already taken our money. Put simply, avoid this dealership as they will try and sell you inferior products whilst making false promise that they have no intention of keeping.
