    Great service all round. Found Audi A4 Avant Black Edition 1.8 Petrol on Auto Trader. Called dealer on Friday and was test driving it on Monday morning. Dealt with Wesley who was really helpful, friendly & knowledgable. Didn’t try the hard sell. Let me take my time. Loved the car so bought it! Would recommend

  • The WORST experience

    I would never buy from this dealership EVER again. After 4 phone calls to the garage and being promised a call back, I had to drive 90 miles to view the car. I should have realised at this point it was fated as the collection process and aftercare were even worse! Items I requested be done before collection were not done, and still 17 months on I’m still waiting for my up to date car manual. I’ve given up now - and so should anyone else who values reviews.

    Absolutely terrible. I booked an appointment for 3pm. On arrival I was advised that the consultant was busy with another customer. I waited for an hour and was then advised that I would need to come back another day. After a 40 mile round trip I was not impressed. This is not the way to treat customers.
