A muted experience picking up the new A3 car compare to previous collection of cars at Slough Audi. There were no fancy unveiling of the new car inside the showroom and just shown the new car outside with lack of technology know how of the car infortainment system to hand due to the Covid 19 situation. Disappointed in not getting a wallet for the car manual just the card board folder that came with the manuel and no freebies too! Possibly due to cost cutting. Overall, just average customer experience which I was expecting more from Audi.

Audi Slough - great dealership
I would highly recommend Slough Audi to buy a new car. All staff from different departments is excellent. A Sales Specialist, Franco was knowledgeable, attentive and consistently kept me up to date on the process' next-steps and ensured I was happy. He provided professional customer service experience. I was anxious about not seeing my new car beforehand, however, the delivery arrived even earlier than expected, and the car was excellent. I am delighted with the purchase and will definitely use Slough Audi again.
