  I called Peter, enquired about the van I wanted and he left the office and ran through an appraisal with me over the phone. I asked all of my questions and he checked the vehicle for me. I decided to buy the van over the phone. I now know he answered all of my questions honestly and accurately. When I arrived the van was well prepared and exactly as described to me during our phone call. I am very happy and will come back next time when we chang.
