    As our existing Mercedes dealer could not obtain what we required, we went to Bedford, we were very impressed from the start, efficient and we had the car and the deal we wanted sorted within a few hours, thanks to Will & Mark. Collected our car two weeks later, and again was impressed, what Will & Mark had discussed with us on the phone was spot on and the car was exactly what we expected. Very impressed will be back again. The sytner group is far better than a single Mercedes dealership that we have used in the past.

  • Rushed, half finished and now it's sold, no care …

    I was very lucky for find the spec of A class I wanted through the Mercedes website, being through the official website it sent me to Mercedes Benz Of Bedford. The initial interaction with the sales rep was very positive, couple of phone calls, confirmation I could get the car, really good communication and response to the questions asked, until after I paid the deposit. After the deposit was paid I didn't hear much, until I received an email asking me to pick up the car as soon as possible (in under a week), I explained I wasn't able to due to being 100 miles away, insurance, working weekdays and my trade-in car not being ready. I then received an email back stating that "sales quotes need to be met, need to finish the purchase in October, etc". So, I bent over backwards to work around them and pick up the car the Saturday before the end of the month, all I asked in return was for some rubber car mats. The pickup day arrives, even though we had set a time they were not ready, every…

  • New A Class at a great price

    We found a great price for a new A Class online at the Bedford garage. After registering our interest online Mark Williams called us and was really helpful. Just over a week later we took delivery of our new car! Mark has called us since to make sure everything is okay! We are really pleased with the service received!
