    Went in to look, a young man chatted happily and gave me plenty of information and options. Will be going back to buy my car very soon. Very pleasant, helpful and not at all pushy sales people. Enjoyable experience.

    *AVOID* we purchased a car from here in April, knowing nothing about cars we didn't think about the tyres not being the same but they sold us this with 2 off roading tyres on the front and normal on the back. Another Kia garage pointed out that this isn't good for the 4 wheel drive and can cause issues. I went back to Kia Bedford and spoke to the delightful sales manager. He said it wasn't an issue, he said his technicians said it wasn't an issue either. Funnily enough the manual states that the tyres should all be the same for safety and for maintenance of the car. The delightful sales manager still refused to do anything, so I asked if he would put in writing that the car was sold this way in case anything did happen to the 4x4 as he was adamant it wouldn't, but no! I was told he wouldn't put anything in writing and jeopardise his business! Don't trust this place!!!

    Dear Amy, I have recently taken over as sales manager here at Kia Bedford. I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the experience you deserved as a Bells Customer. The previous Sales Manager is no longer with the Business and I can assure you this is not how I would of responded. I believe since then the problem has been rectified and the tyres have been replaced. Again my apologies my predecessor did not act properly in the first instance. Kind Regards Guy James
