Winter Stock Boost

This Winter Stock Boost is provided subject to the Main Advertising Terms & Conditions which are incorporated into these Rules by reference.

Terms defined in the Main Advertising Terms & Conditions shall have the same meaning in these Rules provided that, should a term be defined in both the Main Advertising Terms & Conditions and these Rules, the meaning of the term defined in these Rules shall have precedence in relation to these Rules.

    Business Rules ("Rules")

  1. This Winter Stock Boost is available to Bike, Caravan & Motorhome customers who qualify in accordance with these Rules ("Qualifying Dealer").
  2. Qualifying Dealers will benefit from the Winter Stock Boost from 2nd December 2025 to 18th January 2026 (inclusive) ("Winter Stock Boost Period").
  3. A Qualifying Dealer will automatically receive the additional bonus stock specified in the confirmation email sent by Autotrader to the Qualifying Dealer during the week commencing Monday 17 November 2025 ("Stock Boost"), in addition to the Contracted Stock Level (as defined below), at no extra charge, for the duration of the Winter Stock Boost Period (as applicable) (the "Winter Stock Boost").
  4. "Contracted Stock Level" means the number of Advertisements the Qualifying Advertiser (or, as applicable, Qualifying Advertiser's group) has contracted for under their Advertising Agreement as at 11:59pm on Friday 14 November 2025. The Contracted Stock Level does not include any Bargain Allowance, Tactical Stock or any offer stock.
  5. Qualifying Dealers will automatically be opted in to the Winter Stock Boost at the start of the Winter Stock Boost Period.
  6. Communication regarding the Winter Stock Boost will be via email and/or via Portal and any associated costs will be detailed via order confirmation and invoice.
  7. Qualifying Dealers will be responsible for adding any additional vehicles as part of the Winter Stock Boost either through Portal, via a stock feed or via AT Connect.
  8. Stock related trade Products (where applicable) are included on any Stock Boost (provided and only to the extent that such Products have been added to the stock the Qualifying Dealer has originally contracted for under their Adverting Agreement).
  9. Subject to the reminder of this clause, Qualifying Dealers who downgrade either their Package or Contracted Stock Level either: (i) on or after 00:00am on 15 November 2025; or (ii) during the Winter Stock Boost Period, will no longer be eligible for the Winter Stock Boost and additional stock will be removed.
  10. Where a Qualifying Dealer is part of a group, the Winter Stock Boost will be allocated at individual site level. This means that: (i) a Qualifying Dealer within a group can adjust their contracted stock at their site; and (ii) a new site can join an existing group and benefit from the Stock Boost, in each case provided that the contracted stock is maintained at the Contracted Stock Level or higher across the group for the duration of the Winter Stock Boost Period. If the contracted stock across the group is reduced below the Contracted Stock Level during the Winter Stock Boost Period, the group as a whole shall no longer qualify for the Winter Stock Boost.
  11. Package and stock downgrades are subject to 30 days' notice period in writing during and following the end of the Winter Stock Boost Period.
  12. Qualifying Dealers can upgrade their Contracted Stock Level at any point during the Winter Stock Boost with additional stock automatically increased.
  13. Following the Winter Stock Boost Period, the Qualifying Dealer's stock will revert to the Contracted Stock Level unless an order is submitted for a new increased stock volume.
  14. Qualifying Dealers cannot advertise stock in connection with this Winter Stock Boost on behalf of a third party or another dealer.
  15. Autotrader reserves the right to allow or refuse to allow any Qualifying Advertiser to participate in this Winter Stock Boost at any time, at our sole discretion.
  16. Autotrader reserves the right to make changes to these Rules at any time and shall give you at least 15 days' notice of any such changes in accordance with clause 2.4 of the Main Advertising Terms and Conditions.
  17. Autotrader reserves the right to amend, modify or remove this Winter Stock Boost at any point with immediate effect.
