In a recent survey with truck buyers, 77% of people told us they would be more likely to contact a retailer after seeing a full vehicle check with a clear history on an Auto Trader advert.

We automatically show a 10-point summary of the history check results on Auto Trader adverts, to build your confidence and trust with the seller. You can now browse trucks directly in the Auto Trader Apple app. To browse trucks all you need to do is download the app to an iPhone, iPad or android device.

In our research, 57% of buyers told us they think the emission class of a truck is important when searching to buy.
We have made sure emissions class is a prominent feature on site, in search and on adverts.

Retailer stores
We have made a ‘retailer stores’ page for every dealership who advertise trucks on Auto Trader. These pages give you lots of information about the retailer including:
- How many stock they have on our website
- All their contact details such as address, number, email and website
- The dealerships opening hours
We have done this to make sure a retailer shares lots of information about themselves, so you can be safe in the knowledge you are buying from somewhere trustworthy.
