Internal combustion engine (ICE) cars might be on their way out, but Bugatti decided its final purely petrol-powered offering will go out with a bang. Accordingly the gorgeous new Bugatti Mistral, showcased at Monterey Car Week, has enough power to blow your socks off and the price tag to match.
Designed to evoke memories of the Bugatti Divo, the carved Mistral has its own unique touches and a limited production run of just 99 examples. Donning an invisible carbon fibre bodywork finish and super sculpted detailing, the Mistral has speed, technology and, of course, style. With no roof in sight, could this be the ultimate roadster? Join Rory Reid as he gets up close and personal with the new Bugatti Mistral in our latest video.

Bugatti Mistral performance

Boasting a whopping 1,600 horsepower and a top speed of 261mph, the Mistral’s 8.0-litre, quad turbo W16 engine combines with sophisticated aerodynamics and air filtering system to provide an exhilarating yet civilised ride. If you like fast cars and the wind in your hair, this one’s for you.
