The last remaining right-hand-drive Saab 9-3 Convertibles have arrived in the UK and are on sale now. The 2012 model year cars are hand finished at Saab’s headquarters in Trollhattan, Sweden and represent the end of a convertible model lineage stretching back 25 years.

An all-new Saab 9-3 is coming next year, but in the meantime the current model range – saloon, convertible and estate – has been given one last nip ‘n’ tuck, to square up to the Audi A5 Cabriolet, BMW 3-Series Convertible and Volvo C70. The latest refresh sees the interior updated as well as the exterior, while more efficient engines offer more power despite using less fuel.
