Being rich is pretty cool isn't it? I mean, only when you have serious wonga can you ask Ferrari to build a special one-off supercar for you. That’s exactly what one “discerning” American gentleman asked Fezza to do, who responded with this: the one-off Ferrari P540 Superfast Aperta, which has just appeared at the Cavallino Classic show in Palm Beach, Florida.

“We could put you in the Scuderia, the 575 or the 599,” says Ferrari’s Jason Harris looking across at the pit lane and its neat sloping line of Italian sports cars. As far as no-lose dilemmas go, the decision as to which car will provide my first Ferrari experience, is pretty much unbeatable. “It should be the 599.
