Audi A3 saloon set for the UK
In a somewhat surprising move, the Audi A3 saloon has been confirmed this week. Small saloons have never been much of a seller in the UK and commentators suspect that the saloon version of the family hatch has been announced in reaction to the positive reaction to the recent Mercedes CLA.

The Audi A1 and A3 are now available with super-efficient Cylinder-on-Demand (CoD) technology which, the company says, will give petrol A1s and A3s fuel economy to rival diesels.
