Honda Jazz 1.4 car review

The Honda Jazz has been a global success since its 2002 launch with more than 2 million sold worldwide and 160,000 finding homes in the UK. So it’s perhaps not that surprising Honda has evolved the existing model rather than giving it a more radical overhaul. We drove the new Honda Jazz at its European launch in Frankfurt, Germany to find out what’s changed.

New-look Honda Jazz for 2011

The spacious Honda Jazz supermini will have a new look and improvements beneath its skin from February 2011. Both front and rear bumpers have been redesigned, with a sportier look which also improves its aerodynamics.

Honda adds hybrid power to Jazz

Honda has added a hybrid option to its popular Jazz supermini. It claims the car produces 104g/CO per km, an emissions cut of up to 21g/km compared the cleanest conventional. Jazz. A combined 64.2mpg is 23 per cent ahead of the current 1.4ES model.

Top 10 most reliable used cars for £3,000

The Honda Jazz has been named the most reliable used car for under £3,000. According to research by Warranty Direct, the Jazz is the car least likely to leave its driver stranded on the hard shoulder, as well as being cheap to repair if it does break down.
