By entering this competition, you are deemed to have read and understood these rules and agree to be bound by them.

The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Trader Publishing Limited, their immediate families, their Agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Proof of identity and age may be required.

The Promoter is Trader Publishing Limited, Auto Trader House, Danehill, Lower Earley, Reading, Berkshire, RG6 4UT, hereinafter called “Trader Publishing Limited”.

To Enter: Visit www.autotrader.co.uk and submit your details and a review of any car you have owned, taking care to adhere to the guidelines for submission.

5.
Entries may be entered from 7am GMT Wednesday, 24th November until the closing date of 11:59pm GMT on Monday, 31st January 2011. Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted.

6.
Each validly submitted review equals one entry into the competition and there is no limit to the number of reviews per person.

7.
Entrants warrant that their entry is their own work and does not infringe the copyright of any one or any entity.

8.
The Promoter reserves the right to edit or remove any entry that it deems to be offensive, malicious, or untrue in any way at its sole discretion.

9.
The ten winners will be decided by a judging panel comprising Tempero, an independent third party moderator and Trader Media Group, both overseen by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, from all valid entries received during the promotional period and on the basis of the most original, well written, honest and useful reviews. The decision of Trader Publishing Limited is final.

10.
The Prizes: 10 x £1000 paid by cheque to the winner. Winners will be notified by email or phone by 1st March 2011 using the details submitted at time of entry. Winners who do not respond to such notification ( after reasonable efforts) within five working days, risk being disqualified and their prize re-allocated.

11.
Please allow 28 days for delivery of prize. Only one winner per £1000 cash prize will be allowed. The prize is non transferable.

12.
Limitations of Liability. Neither the Promoter Trader Publishing Limited nor any other parties involved in the promotion assume any responsibility or liability for:

• Any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
• Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
• Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination hereof.

13.
If a winner is found to have acted fraudulently or contravened these terms and conditions the prize will be re-allocated.

14.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to use the winner’s name and their entry for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes.

15.
Trader Publishing Limited does not make any warranties or representations herein including, but not limited to the prizes.

These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The Promoters decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
