A closer look at the Tom Wrigley Performance BMW G80 M3

If you thought the standard BMW M3 was fast, think again. This particular BMW G80 M3 has undergone a massive transformation, built by Tom Wrigley Performance & R44 Performance.
It boasts an impressive 1,039 horsepower and 1,137 Newton metres of torque, doubling the figures of its stock counterpart. The laundry list of modifications includes a re-built engine, upgraded hybrid turbos, a CSF cooling package, Billet Inlet with port injection, a brand-new exhaust system, and revised fuel mapping optimized for both pump fuel and ethanol. According to Tom Wrigley himself, this car is tailored for quarter-mile and half-mile runway events, delivering huge acceleration and speed. But just how fast is this modified BMW M3? Try 0-60mph in just 2.6 seconds and a quarter-mile time of 9.8 seconds. A ‘basic’ M3 retails at £80,000, but with the modifications, this particular M3 is worth £120,000. You’ll have to watch the video to see just how much difference the extra £40k has made. Tom Wrigley, the man behind the modifications, is not just an expert in enhancing BMWs. He's also an accomplished racer with a career that started at the age of eight and a background in various motorsports, including British GT. He’s also involved with the Lions Barber Collective, an incredible charity that supports men's mental health.
