BMW 2 Series 2.0 220d Sport Convertible 2dr Diesel Automatic (start/stop) (113 g/km, 184 bhp) Convertible (2015 - ) expert review
The BMW 2 Series Convertible does all the important drop-top jobs well. It looks great inside and out, it’s effortlessly desirable and it feels like a quality product. BMW X4 2.0TD xDrive20d M Sport SUV 5dr Diesel Automatic (131 g/km, 187 bhp) SUV (2014 - ) expert review
The X4 is an unashamedly niche product – a sporty, more design-led type of SUV – which by definition means it will have limited appeal. It’s an interesting alternative to a more conventional SUV, but rivals such as the Porsche Macan and Range Rover Evoque may prove more interesting…

BMW 4 Series 2.0TD 420d M Sport Convertible 2dr Diesel Manual (138 g/km, 184 bhp) Convertible (2013 - ) expert review
The BMW 4 Series Convertible is more of a comfortable cruiser than a sporting soft-top, but it’s a cracking all-rounder nonetheless. If you’re looking for a prestige convertible, it should definitely be on your shortlist.

BMW 4 Series 2.0TD (s/s) 420d M Sport Gran Coupe 4dr Diesel Auto (121 g/km, 184 bhp) Coupe (2014 - ) expert review
The biggest question is not whether the Gran Coupe is a good car – it’s certainly that – but whether the Gran Coupe strikes the right compromise. And, that may be a more difficult one for buyers to decide…

If the limited range of an electric car can fit into your lifestyle, then the BMW i3 is one of the best. If it doesn’t, BMW has that covered, too, because there’s a range-extender version that gives most of the benefits of an electric car, but that can keep going when the battery runs down.
