Every week from 16th January until 11th March (8 weeks), we are picking one new published Owner Review to win £500. Winners will be notified by the email they provide at registration.

1. By entering this promotion, you are deemed to have read and understood these rules and agree to be bound by them.

2. This promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Trader Publishing Limited, their immediate families, their Agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Proof of identity and age may be requested. Failure to provide proof of identity may result in disqualification in this competition. Competition entry only eligible for those car makes and models for which an owner review can be submitted on Auto Trader.

3. To Enter: Visit www.autotrader.co.uk/car-reviews/write-review, write a review of any car you have owned, taking care to adhere to the guidelines for submission and submit with your contact details to be entered into a weekly free prize draw.

4. Promotion runs from 9am GMT Monday 16th January 2012 to 11:59pm GMT on Sunday, 11th March 2012. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. Each validly submitted review equals one entry into the competition and there is no limit to the number of reviews per person. Reviews that fail to pass our moderation process will not be entered into the prize draw.

6. No person may win more than one weekly prize during this promotion.

7. Entrants warrant that their entry is their own work and does not infringe the copyright of any one or any entity.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to edit or remove any entry that it deems to be offensive, malicious, or untrue in any way at its sole discretion.

9. Winner Selection: Weekly Draws will include all those entries received up until 23.59pm Sunday for the previous 7 days before the relevant draw.

10. Winners will be randomly selected by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

11. The Prizes: 8 x £500 will be paid by cheque to the winners. Winners will be notified by email 30th March 2011 at the latest using the email address submitted at time of entry. Winners who do not respond to such notification within 14 working days with their full name and postal address, may be disqualified and their prize will be re-allocated.

12. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prize. The prize is non-transferable.

13. Limitations of Liability. Neither the Promoter Trader Publishing Limited nor any other parties involved in the promotion assume any responsibility or liability for:
• Any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
• Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
• Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination hereof.

14. If a winner is found to have acted fraudulently or contravened these terms and conditions the prize will be re-allocated.

15. Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to use the winner’s name and their entry for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes.
