With the launch of the new 60-plate and the imminent 20 per cent VAT rise, there’s never been a better time to pick-up a used car bargain.
If you’re looking for a new motor you can save thousands of pounds by buying a nearly-new car. From superminis to supersized SUVs, from the Vauxhall Zafira to Fiat 500, here’s our pick of the 10-plate used car bargains.
While a 60-plate car would have been registered after September 1 2010, a 10-plate car would have been registered sometime between March and the end of August 2010.
These nearly new models are often ex-hire cars while others have graced the floors of a dealer showroom as a dealer demonstrator, but with up to £8,000 off the new car list price, plenty of optional extras and an ultra-low mileage on the clock, they make for a very appealing choice.
