Frank Warren's Bentley for sale
09 November 2007
by Adrian Hearn A Bentley Arnage previously owned by Britain’s most famous sporting promoter Frank Warren is for sale on Auto Trader. Frank Warren was the first owner of the 1999 Bentley which uses a 4.3-litre V8 engine producing 350bhp and 415lb/ft pulling power. This engine accelerates the 2.3-tonne saloon from 0-60mph in 6.5 seconds and on to 150mph – in pure luxury. Inside, the Bentley has all-round electrics, and rear black leather seats which recline separately. Frank Warren is Britain’s most famous boxing promoter, having started out promoting unlicensed fights in the Seventies. But he’s had his biggest success in the mainstream and manages the legendary Joe Calzaghe, who became the undisputed super-middleweight champion of the world after defeating Mikkel Kessler at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff. Brand new, prices for the Bentley Arnage started at £145,000 making it one of the most exclusive saloons on the UK market. But now you can get your hands on Frank Warren’s Bentley – which has covered just 55,300 miles – for £39,995.
