A top tuning company has developed a power kit to boost a 155mph Mercedes to a Lamborghini Gallardo-beating 205mph.

German tuning experts Brabus has applied its skills to the Mercedes 63 AMG, producing one of the fastest saloons on the road.

Boasting a 6.2-litre V8, the Brabus B63 S produces 550bhp and 480 lb/ft of pulling power – an increase of 43bhp and 15lb/ft.

Brabus have also removed the car’s 155mph electronic limiter.

This means the German super saloon rockets from 0-62mph (100kph) in 4.3 seconds before reaching a top speed of 205mph.

Brabus has boosted performance by upgrading the engine’s electronics and fitting a sports air filter and advanced exhaust system.
