Second Lamborghini involved in Park Lane prang
30 November 2009
That’s two of the world’s rarest cars, in the same colour, both coming a cropper in the same part of London within a week.
What are the chances of this? Slim, we’re guessing…

These pictures show a police officer braving the torrential weather as he stands by the £220,000 supercar which appears to have suffered rear end damage.
We’re unsure the full extent of the incident, but the Lamborghini Murcielago right-hand rear headlight has been smashed and the car appears to be jacked up.
Last week a white Murcie with Monaco plates suffered serious frontal damage with one of its wheels ripped clean off causing rush hour pandemonium in one of London’s plushest parts.
And this has got us a little annoyed because an alarming amount of Lamborghini Murcielagos have been involved in road traffic accidents this year.
Fortunately this doesn’t look like a serious incident but it’s still another tarnished Murcielago – the fourth of the month.
There have been a huge amount of incidents concerning the world’s most exclusive cars this year.
Two weeks ago a Bugatti Veyron careered into a lagoon in Texas while earlier this year both a Ferrari Enzo and McLaren F1 were gutted by fire – that’s nearly £4 million of damage for those three cars alone.
