New face for Jaguar XK
01 March 2004 The 300bhp XK8 now has more aggressive styling including a new nose, rear end, sills and trim, along with larger exhausts and a rear spoiler as standard. Top-of-the-range 400bhp XKR versions gain a deeper grille, four tailpipes and a bigger rear spoiler. Buyers of either model can now specify 20-inch wheels, while new options packs called Premium and Technology provide luxury features such as reversing sensors, sports seats and larger wheels in a more cost-effective way than buying the options separately. Sales of the revised XK begin in March, and prices are likely to rise a little from the current starting point of £49,913. |
