Honda face-lifts Accord
02 September 2005 Differences are fairly subtle, although Honda has reworked several aspects of the exterior and interior design. Outside, the Accord receives a new grille and front bumper, new headlights and revised alloy wheels. The rear bumper and lights have also been tweaked, while all-new Tourer estate cars will come with roof bars as standard. Inside, there's a new design for the instrument panel, revised steering wheel and gear knob. New technology will also be offered as an option, with clever kit such as Honda's automatic Lane Keeping Assist System (which keeps the car between the white lines on the road), adaptive cruise control (which can sense the car in front and adjust speed as necessary), and satellite-navigation that responds to voice commands. Honda will confirm pricing in November. |
