Focus ST order book opens
07 October 2005 Ford may have come late to the current hot hatch party, but will undercut its competitors on price, with the 221bhp ST starting from £17,495. That's £2500 less than the cheapest Golf GTI and £1500 less than the Astra VXR. Like these two cars, the ST will fall in insurance group 17. The first 1500 customers to place an order for the ST will be able to put their car through its paces at an exclusive road and track day, with Prodrive in Warwickshire. |
