Third of car buys driven by stereo
01 May 2007 More than a third of motorists say a car's stereo is a deciding factor when it comes to choosing a new model. And almost three quarters of drivers say they love listening to loud music in their cars, with two thirds saying they would be against any law on how loud in-car stereos should be. Thousands of you took part in our car noise survey which also revealed you thought programmes like Pimp My Ride glamorised the use of loud in-car stereo systems.
