An Audi A3 Sportback previously owned by Liverpool star Jermaine Pennant and Hollyoaks actress Jennifer Metcalfe is for sale on Auto Trader.

Hollyoaks actress Jennifer Metcalfe – who plays the feisty ‘Mercedes McQueen’ in the hit Channel 4 teen soap – bought this Audi A3 Sportback with her then boyfriend Jermaine Pennant.

Earlier this year we featured a Peugeot 206 CC previously owned by fellow Hollyoaks star Gemma Merna – who plays Mercedes’ sister ‘Carmel McQueen.’

Jennifer Metcalfe was the first owner of this 2006 Audi A3 Sportback which she bought as she started playing the part of Mercedes in Hollyoaks.

The sexy soap actress was last year nominated for ‘Sexiest Female’ at the 2007 British Soap Awards and the Inside Soap Awards.

And Jennifer Metcalfe’s boyfriend at the time – Liverpool and England star Jermaine Pennant – made his Liverpool debut against Arsenal in a Champions League qualifier and went on to win the fans’ ‘Star Man’ award.

And Jermaine Pennant’s skills have seen the Nottingham-born winger compared to his childhood heroes John Barnes and Kop legend Robbie Fowler.

This isn’t the first time a Liverpool star’s car has appeared on Auto Trader – a BMW X5 previously owned by Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard was up for sale on the site last month.

Jennifer Metcalfe and Jermaine Pennant’s old Audi A3 Sportback is fitted with a 1.6-litre petrol engine developing 100bhp, has covered just 6,000 miles and comes with an ‘Audi Concert’ sound system.
