Buy Steven Gerrard's unique Range Rover

Gerrard was the first owner of the 2009 Range Rover Sport, which has been modified by Overfinch with the 4x4 getting an interior leather roofline and seats with red stitching representing Liverpool’s club colours.

And to make it really stand out from the crowd of premium motors at the England training ground, the number 8 – Gerrard’s Liverpool shirt number – has been stitched into the headrest.

The Sport is powered by a 3.6-litre V8 diesel engine, which has had the full Overfinch conversion to develop 328bhp and 582lb/ft of pulling power.

The extra 50 horsepower and 100lb/ft of torque means that Gerrard’s bespoke 4x4 should shatter the standard Sport’s 0-62mph time of 8.6 seconds and top speed of 124mph.

It boasts a massive specification and has done just 10,000 miles since new.

Gerrard made his debut for Liverpool in 1998 and was made team captain in 2003. He has played his entire career at Anfield, appearing more than 350 times for his home side.

His honours include two FA Cup wins, two League Cup wins, a UEFA Cup win and a UEFA Champions League win in 2005.

He made his international debut in 2000, and represented England in the UEFA European Championships in 2000 and 2004 as well as the 2006 FIFA World Cup, where he was the team's top goalscorer.

Gerrard clearly has a fondness for the famous British brand. He has owned a Range Rover HST and another Overfinch Range Rover, both of which sold instantly on Auto Trader.

He has also been snapped with another model customised by Strut and his wife Alex has regularly been photographed in a white Overfinch.

The ‘09’ plate Overfinch is the eighth car previously owned by Steven Gerrard to have been advertised on Auto Trader in less than four years, including:

When Gerrard bought this Range Rover Sport in 2009, it would have set back the Liverpool legend a cool £79,995. It is now advertised for sale by a private seller for just £62,500.
