Man United star Rio Ferdinand’s BMW for sale

Last week Steven Gerrard’s BMW X5 was for sale on Auto Trader and this week we’ve got another England star’s 4x4.

Manchester United central defender Rio Ferdinand was the first owner of this 2003 black BMW X5 3.0D Sport.

Powered by a 3-litre diesel engine, the X5 produces 218bhp and 369lb/ft of pulling power giving the sporty model a top speed of 130mph.

The fully-loaded model also boasts sat-nav, a tracker, privacy glass, black leather interior and two TVs in the rear.

Regarded as the prankster of football, 28-year-old Ferdinand produced and presented Rio’s World Cup Wind-ups, where he famously duped David Beckham into thinking he was being kidnapped.

Ferdinand was the first owner of the 4x4, which has covered 26,000 miles and has a full BMW service history.

You can get your hands on the England defender’s BMW X5 for £25,995.

It’s not just footballers’ X5s which have featured on the site. Boxing legend Frank Bruno’s German SUV has also appeared on Auto Trader in the past fortnight.
