An incredible Bentley Continental previously owned by the world’s most famous boxer Mike Tyson is for sale on Auto Trader.

Boxing legend Mike Tyson was the first owner of this 1999 Bentley Continental SC, which he had packed with luxury equipment.

Mike Tyson is one of the world’s most controversial sportsman of all time famed for making headlines out of the ring as much as inside.

Twice world heavyweight champion of the world, Tyson was worth more than £150 million at one stage, but was declared bankrupt in 2003.

The 41-year old hit the headlines recently after claims he’s going to step back into the ring in a bout against fellow veteran Evander Holyfield – whose ear he famously bit in a 1997 fight.

And for a man who had a tiger for a pet, you’d expect him to have a flash car collection – so step forward his old Bentley Continental SC.

Tyson’s 1999 Bentley Continental SC (Sedanca Coupe) is one of only 73 ever built, costing more than £250,000 when new.

And it’s not the first time a world famous boxer’s car has appeared on Auto Trader.

On top of Mike Tyson, we’ve also featured cars owned by Frank Bruno and Lennox Lewis – both of whom have fought Iron Mike.

And we’ve also had a BMW M3, Land Rover Discovery and Mercedes SL 350 belonging to the undisputed world super-middleweight champion Joe Calzaghe.

With 420bhp and 590lb/ft of pulling power from a 6.75-litre V8 engine, Iron Mike’s SC was the most powerful Bentley ever at the time and accelerated from 0-60mph in six seconds and on to a top speed of 155mph.

But the Bentley’s performance trump card is the enormous pulling power, which is available at just 2,150rpm making motorway driving and overtaking incredibly smooth.

Rolling on 18-inch alloy wheels, the Bentley is 5.2-metres long and weighs nearly three tons.

Inside, the left-hand drive Continental SC has lamb’s wool rugs, dual air conditioning, phone and a glass roof which gives plenty of light but restricts 84 per cent of the sun’s energy.

And the glass roof is removable, turning the Bentley into a convertible.

Now you can get your hands on Mike Tyson’s old Bentley – which has a full Bentley service history – for £135,000.
