Ford announces new Kuga SUV

Ford is gearing up to unveil its stunning four-wheel drive compact SUV at next week's Badged Kuga, the Focus-sized crossover takes its cues from Ford’s striking Iosis X Concept and features a 2-litre engine producing 136bhp, mated to a six-speed gearbox and an all-wheel drive system. The exterior will add to the car’s sporting pretensions with massive 19-inch alloy wheels filling the arches, while the trapezoidal front grills, rising 'belt-line' along the tops of the doors and swept back headlamps will complement the coupe-like body style. Inside, the Kuga gets lashings of leather and features will include a Blaupunkt navigation system with a 7-inch colour display that can also display images from a rear-mounted camera.
